Natalie Trudeau, owner and operator of Healing Ways
It is my belief that the body has a higher knowledge of what it needs, and allow that knowledge to guide me during sessions. The body has inherent wisdom and healing capacities, and it is truly an honor to be part of another person's wellness program or healing experience.
Providing therapeutic bodywork since 2004, I specialize in offering light touch therapies targeted at finding the root cause of pain or dis-ease. Through the years of working with complex individuals, I have honed my craft to offer integrated sessions which blend techniques from all modalities studied.
Taking a holistic approach to wellness, I enjoy working with people who have not gotten the results they are looking for from other healthcare providers. Additionally, I also enjoy providing therapeutic sessions for expectant mothers, infants and children.
A graduate of the St. Croix Center for the Healing Arts, I am licensed in massage therapy & bodywork therapy in the state of Wisconsin. I have also attended several workshops presented by the Upledger Institute, the Barral Institute, Healing Beyond Borders, and Northwestern Health Sciences University.
Some of my interests include camping with my husband and daughter, spending time in the woods, flower and vegetable gardening, cooking nourishing foods, baking sweet treats, immersing myself in a good book, as well as painting and writing.
